    No. Fixes are applied through a safe WordPress filter, not by editing your theme or code. On non-standard themes some fixes may not fully apply, in which case you'll see it in the Fixes tab and can adjust manually.

    No. In Automatic mode, Rank AI applies fixes right away and you review or edit them afterward in the Fixes tab. If you want to approve each one first, switch to Manual mode.
