Day 27: Plan to double organic traffic and kickoff video

Let’s go! The growth mission starts now. A 12 months journey to double our traffic. I have to double the traffic.

So if I don’t do it, I’m a failure. So you’re going to follow this for this year and see if I manage to double our SEO and AI traffic. I’m going to teach you all the tricks.

I’m going to show you everything. That’s the whole point. This is a show about teaching you how to do cool stuff and grow our traffic together.

Alright, let’s go. So, where do we start? With an Excel sheet. That’s how my brain works.

So, we have in January 5,800 clicks from different organic search engines and AI chats. And we have 260 trial sign-ups. So people trying our tool for free.

And I want to double that. So by December, here is the goal. Get 500 trial sign-ups and 1,200 traffic.

And if I only reach the trial sign-ups, I’m very happy. So, this is around 100% growth. So now let’s check the list of things I’m planning to make this possible.

Here is the list. I need to get our website faster. I need to update all content.

Schema, this fancy thing. We’re going to dive in and I’m going to show you how to semi-automate it. More languages.

I have a really cool automation already that I’m going to share with you. And I’m going to give it to you as well when we get there. That’s the plan.

I’m going to show you how we build deep backlinks. We need a lot of those. Internal link building.

Hopefully we can semi-automate that. I’ve tried so many. They’re so bad, the plugins out there.

And I have an idea how we can do it better. A little bit of arrogance, sorry. But I think we can do it better.

And several other things I’m going to show you later. So the first one. Let’s do that now.

I’ve actually done it already, I hope. Because you never know. So I went in Google Search Console under Core Web Vitals.

And I saw that we had a lot of pages on mobile that are not perfect. We want to improve that. And how can you do that in 2026? Webspeed test.

This one from Google. Type in your website and a few like this. And just go.

And you get an analysis. Share that analysis with an AI. We run on WordPress.

So I have the entire website on my computer. So I could show it to the AI and say, what would you do? And of course, I’m going to be careful. And this only works if you’re technical, of course.

But it saved me a lot of time. And it came up with some great ideas. And I implemented it.

And I shipped it live. And now I’m waiting. As you can see here, Google is validating it.
