SEO Tools for White Label Reports: 2026 Pricing & Features

Several SEO tools offer white-label reporting, and as someone who’s built one of them, I’ve tested most of the competition firsthand. Around 68% of agencies now use white-label providers to scale their SEO work.

The tools I’d highlight are SEMrush ($270/month), SE Ranking ($119/month), AgencyAnalytics ($20/month), DashThis ($42/month), and of course Morningscore ($69/month).
What I look for in a white-label tool: your own branding and logo, PDF export, automated delivery, and live report links.

My breakdown of the top options and their minimum price:

    • SEMrush: The big suite. White-label reporting, custom reports, automated delivery. They picked up the AI Visibility Award in late 2025 which is well deserved. Expensive though. (Guru plan $250/month + $20/month add-on = $270/month)
    • SE Ranking: My pick for best value. Full SEO suite, white-label branding, even custom domains. A solid choice if you’re scaling an agency on a budget. (Core = $119/month)
    • AgencyAnalytics: Focused purely on reporting and dashboards. Pulls in data from multiple platforms and looks great. Strong G2 ratings for a reason. (1 client = $20/month)
    • DashThis: Built specifically for custom dashboards. White-label only kicks in from the Professional plan though. ($159/month)
    • Morningscore: My own tool, so take this with a grain of salt 😉 – but we built the reporting features I personally wished existed. PDF export, scheduled reports, and my favourite: the magic link. Clients get a live report without needing a login. Keeps things transparent without the back-and-forth. (Lite = $69/month)

    Frequently Asked Questions

    What is white-label SEO reporting?

It’s basically taking your SEO data and presenting it under your own brand – your logo, your colors – instead of the tool’s. Clients see your agency, not the software behind it. Good for trust, good for credibility. Search Engine Journal has a solid explainer if you want to go deeper.

How much do white-label SEO reports typically cost?

In 2026, most tools charge a base subscription plus an extra $20–$99/month for white-label features. Entry-level starts around $20 for 1 client (AgencyAnalytics), but full agency setups can hit $100 – $1,000+ depending on client volume and integrations.

Are PDF reports or live links better for client reporting?

Both. The magic link approach we built in Morningscore came directly from this – clients want to check in anytime without asking you for a login. SPP.co covers this workflow nicely too.

Can I automate white-label SEO report delivery?

Yes. Every major platform lets you schedule automated delivery. Set it weekly or monthly and the report goes straight to your client’s inbox. It’s one of the biggest time-savers I’ve seen for growing agencies.

What should every white-label SEO report include?

At minimum: keyword ranking changes, organic traffic trends, backlink growth, and a technical health score.
